Each quarter, we select one stand-out team member throughout the Sunvera network to receive the United in Our Vision Award. Recipients of the award are those who consistently demonstrate Sunvera’s core values: people first, pursuit of excellence, and success in teamwork.
Out of 300+ team members throughout Sunvera, we would like to honor Lisa Geise of Fite Eye Center. Among the 35 nominees, Lisa was selected by a panel of judges to win the first quarter 2022 award for her outstanding contributions and dedication to quality patient care. Lisa’s nomination stood out, emphasizing the many ways her daily actions exhibit her commitment to the Sunvera mission.
In the words of her fellow colleagues, Lisa is a “talented team player,” and consistently takes steps to improve her skills and knowledge. One team member explained, “Lisa takes on any responsibility that is given to her and does it to the best of her ability. She is willing to stop and answer any questions a patient or co-worker may have.”
We are honored and grateful to work alongside Lisa and present her with this award as she continues to demonstrate excellence and inspire others.

The United in our Vision award is a quarterly award. Team members throughout Sunvera Group and our partner practices submit nominations which are reviewed by a panel made up of members of the the Sunvera leadership team who then narrow it down to one winner for the entire Sunvera network.
